Registration (Step 2-A)

Registration & Letter of Inquiry

Submitting a Letter of Inquiry is a three step process. Upon completing each step you will be automatically taken to the next step. Make sure to complete all three steps in a timely fashion. 

  • Step 2-A | Fill out the registration below and click "Register".
    You will automatically be taken to a page with the Letter of Inquiry form.
  • Step 2-B | Fill out your Letter of Inquiry data and click "Save".
    You will automatically be taken to a page to formally submit your Letter of Inquiry.
  • Step 2-C | Fill out your Confirmation and click "Submit".

Your Letter of Inquiry will be reviewed and you'll be sent an email regarding the Board's decision. If you are approved, you will then be given access to submit a full grant application.

Before You Start

  • Have all information ready including:
    • Your Name, Email Address, Login Name & Password of your choice.
    • Organization Name, Year Established, Contact Name & Title, Contact Email & Phone, Director or CEO Name, Web Address, Physical Address.
    • Proposed Program Name, Who Will be Served, Amount Requested, Cities/Neighborhoods Served, Number of People Served
    • Program Description (1000 character limit).         
  • Make sure you are eligible (see below).


To be considered for a grant, your organization must meet three criteria:

1) Be a 501c3  

2) Program located in Hillsborough County, Florida

3) Provide services in Hillsborough County, Florida that focus on the educational achievement of children and youth living in low-income neighborhoods.

If you don't meet all three criteria, but feel you should be considered because of special circumstances, please send us an email using our contact form.
